1.2 The Website is operated by Sona Iplani trading as Iplan Migration (ABN 37 554 060 010). Access to and use of the Website, is provided by Iplan Migration. 

1.3 This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) is for the Website which governs the privacy of this Website users. Iplan Migration is committed to providing quality services to users and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations in respect of how we manage users’ Personal Information.

Iplan Migration and its owners are not responsible for the privacy policies, content, practices owners of these external links and other websites and must not be held responsible for any damages or other implications arising due to users visiting these links or links to other websites.

3.1 The Website may collect users’ personal information to communicate with them on social media platforms. These communications are subject to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the relevant social media platforms used for communication. 

3.2 Communications by Iplan Migration and its owners with users on social media platforms using users’ personal information from the Website, may include marketing communications, promotional campaigns for migration services of Iplan Migration and/or changes to the Website terms and conditions and/or the Privacy Policy. 

3.3 The users may unsubscribe from communications for marketing or promotion by Iplan Migration by sending an email to sona@iplanmigration.com. 

3.4 Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information. Iplan Migration will not disclose users’ personal information including any sensitive information to any third party without the users’ consent or where required or authorised by law or other regulatory and law enforcement bodies for security purposes.

4.1 Iplan Migration stores personal information of the Website users in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When users’ personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, Iplan Migration and its owners will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify the personal information.
