Our migration advice is provided by Registered Migration Agent, Sona Iplani (MARN 1686766).  She is registered under the Australian law with Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). 

OMARA an office of the Department of Home Affairs and is the industry regulator for Australian migration agent services.  As a registered agent with OMARA, we strictly abide by the Code of Conduct embodied in the Schedule 2 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998, by understanding and meeting obligations including but not limited to demonstrating:

• high competency of knowledge and skills to provide immigration advice
• good character and high level of ethics and integrity
• honest and accurate advice
• fair dealing with all clients
